1. Shipping
All orders are shipped via Australia post. We aim to have orders dispatched within 24 hours. However, due to the high volume of orders received please allow 3-5 days to dispatch. We are unable to control shipping times or delays once orders have been shipped. We accept no accountability for delays caused by Australia post. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct address for delivery. Lyon and co accept no responsibility for any missing goods caused by incorrect address provided to us.
2. The price of a good is stated on the Website and you agree to pay for your Goods at the time of placing an Order.
3. All prices of Goods and associated fees and charges are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

7. All payments for Goods must be cleared in full by Lyon and Co before your Goods are dispatched from our warehouse.
8. If your payment cannot be processed, your Order will be rejected and you will be advised by email.
9. Returns and Exchanges
Please choose your item carefully as we do not accept change of mind exchange. Should you find your item is faulty we will provide you with a replacement product. In the unlikely event the item is not available we will refund in full.
10. Privacy
When placing order details such as name, address, email address and phone number are collected in order to effectively deliver the items you have ordered.
